Email Signature Generator

Pick a template, fill in your details, then paste the result into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

1. Choose a template

2. Your details

3. Photo, logo & banner

The images below are placeholders so the templates show what they look like finished. Replace them — upload a file, or paste the address of an image you already have online.

Upload or link? An uploaded image travels inside the signature, so it can never break — but Outlook on Windows often refuses to show embedded images, and they count towards Gmail's clip limit. A hosted URL is what signature services use: tiny, and it renders everywhere, as long as the file stays online.

Rows with an empty or non-http link are left out of the signature.

Signature size 4.7 KB. Images are linked, not embedded, so this stays small everywhere.

Where to paste it

Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → paste → Save changes. Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures, or Settings → Mail → Compose and reply on the web. Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures, then paste.

Outlook on Windows renders mail with Word, which ignores rounded corners and gradients — a circular photo shows as a square there. The layout, colours and links are built to survive it.

About Email Signature Generator

Email Signature Generator is a free online signature maker that builds a polished, professional sign off for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and any other client that accepts HTML. Choose from 15 templates, add your photo and company logo, set your brand colours, and watch the signature update as you type.

The markup it produces is written the way email actually renders: tables instead of flexbox, inline styles instead of a stylesheet, and a solid colour behind every gradient so Outlook still looks right. Your photo and logo are embedded in the signature itself and resized as they are added, so there is no image to host, no link that can break, and no risk of Gmail clipping the message because the file was too heavy.

Everything runs on your device. Your name, contact details, photo and logo are never uploaded, and there is no sign up, no watermark and no limit.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Click Copy signature, then open Gmail and go to Settings, See all settings, General, Signature. Create a signature, paste into the box, and click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

How do I add it to Outlook?

Click Copy signature, then in desktop Outlook go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures, or on the web go to Settings, Mail, Compose and reply. Paste it in and save. Outlook ignores rounded corners and gradients, so a circular photo appears square there, but the layout and colours stay intact.

Will my photo and logo show for the people I email?

Yes. Both are embedded directly in the signature rather than linked from a website, so there is nothing to host and no link that can expire. They are also resized as you upload them, because Gmail clips any message over roughly 102 KB and an untouched phone photo would pass that on its own.

Is my information uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole tool runs in your browser, so your details, photo and logo never leave your device. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

Why does my signature look different in Outlook?

Outlook on Windows renders email with Microsoft Word, which ignores rounded corners, gradients and flexbox. This tool avoids flexbox entirely and puts a solid colour behind every gradient, so the worst you will see is square corners instead of round ones.

Is Email Signature Generator free to use?

Yes, Email Signature Generator is completely free with no usage limits, no watermarks and no sign-up required.

Do I need to install software or create an account?

No. The tool runs entirely in your web browser — there is nothing to download and no account to create.

Is my data stored or shared?

No. Your input is processed securely in your session and is never stored or shared.
